This Costa Rican hard wood table was carefully hand crafted by our friends over at @cedarhollowwood The craftsmanship and attention to detail is like no other. This table was first thought of to accommodate large parties of military that often come in for lunch. Being prior military myself, having to ask them to sit in different areas of the restaurant away from each other always bothered me. Thankfully Adam @cedarhollowwood was there to help us with our dilemma and I couldn’t have wished for a better outcome. I know this post is a day late but Adam worked extremely hard to meet the delivery day yesterday, Veterans Day. Paid in full! Scary time back in 2011 when I decided to take this leap. I left a high paying corporate job to own a “taco spot on the beach” and “live the dream”. Man I had no idea how hard I would have to work day in and out to “live that dream”🙄😂Working doubles every day for years, learning the business from washing dishes to reconciling bank statements.
